Creeks Edge Cottages is a tiny home community designed specifically for your perfect short-term stay! We are located just a mile outside of Stephenville off of county road 258 and minutes from Tarleton State University. The community is surrounded by trees on 3 sides which gives it a private secluded ambiance once you are on-site. There are 10 fully furnished cottages on the property with the capacity to sleep anywhere from 2 to 6 people. We offer rentals from one to 28 days and would love to have you stay with us while you are visiting Erath county!

“Such a cool spot for couples to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Located far enough out for privacy and quite close to all things Dublin. Nicely done furnishings and decor, comfy bed, indoor and outdoor blankets if needed and a kitchenette to boot. Great host who knows how to take care of her guests. We enjoyed our time at Kristy’s rental – if we’re ever up this way again, we will definitely return. Thanks again!”

| Check In & Check Out: Check In at 4pm and Check Out at 11am. | Smoking Policies: No smoking or vaping inside the cottages. // Please clean up any smoking trash outdoors. | Guest & Gathering: No unregistered guests. // No gatherings, parties or events. | Parking: Park only in spots marked for your cabin, // Maximum of 2 vehicles per cottage, // Do not park in the grass. // Do not park on the road. // If your vehicle does not fit in the allotted parking spot, there is additional parking in front of the gym. | Trailers can be parked in the gym parking lot. // Septic System: We are on a septic system; do not flush ANY feminine products. | Damage & Reporting: Please let us know if anything is damaged or stained, either inside or outside the cottage. | Respect of Other Guests: Please respect other guests’ privacy and do not walk around other cabins.
| Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED. All service animals MUST be presented with documentation prior to booking and owners will pay refundable $150 deposit after inspection upon check-out. |
